NANEMIAR team participated on The European Researchers' Night (September 26,2025 Murcia, Spain)
The University of Murcia (UMU, Murcia, Spain – part of IMIB) hosted the largest-ever edition of the European Researchers' Night, the biggest science outreach event in Europe, promoted by the European Commission within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions of the Horizon Europe program. Throughout the afternoon of last Friday, September 26, the UMU offered more than 350 free activities for all ages, taking science to the streets: workshops, live experiments, talks, science trails, games, quizzes, and shows. This was a unique opportunity to experience science in a fun and interactive way, learn about the work of researchers, and discover how their research contributes to improving our society. With this initiative, the UMU joins more than 400 European cities that, on the same date, celebrate the European Researchers' Night with a common goal: to bring science and research closer to the general public. NANEMIAR team had the opportunity to join this initiative, explaining to all who wanted to experience science firsthand, what the project's objective is, the benefits it brings to society, how it helps improve patients' quality of life and its impact on their daily life.
